Pre-sale Schedule:

Sales will also be available before the start of the 1st and 2nd performances.
Temporary pauses in sales may occur before the venue opens.

◆ 「SooYoung Solo Debut Showcase ~Unstoppable~」 How to Participate in the Special Signing Event

• Refunds or returns are not possible after album reservations.
• A lottery will be held for those who purchase the eligible products at the venue, and winners will receive a ticket to participate in the signing event after the performance.
• One signing ticket allows one person to participate.
• Signing event tickets cannot be reserved in advance.
• If you have received a signing ticket, please follow the staff's guidance for waiting.
• You cannot wait outside of designated waiting areas or leave the venue, even if you have a signing ticket.
• General or original special benefits are not eligible for this signing event.

◆ 「SooYoung Solo Debut Showcase ~Unstoppable~」 Special Signing Event Guidelines

• Only items provided at the event (paper) will be signed. Requests for names, dates, or other personalizations cannot be made.
• Signing is not permitted on items other than the provided paper.
• Please follow the staff's instructions for smooth operation. Any disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event.
• No gifts or handshakes with the artist are allowed.
• No recording or posting on SNS/Internet is allowed.
• Please manage your valuables as we are not responsible for any lost items.

◆ 「SooYoung Solo Debut Showcase ~Unstoppable~」 How to Register for the Special Signing Event

• Registration is only possible at the venue on the day of the event.
• Registration can only be made via smartphone/mobile phone (some models may not be compatible).
• A phone number and email address are required for registration.
• Ensure that you can receive emails from the Tower Records domain (towerrecords.co.jp) by checking your mobile settings.
• Scan the QR code at the venue with your phone (some models may not be compatible) to register.
• After registration, you will receive an email to complete the reservation process. Follow the instructions in the email for the reservation process.
• Choose a reservation option (store pick-up or shipping with an additional 900 yen shipping fee).
• You can pick up the reserved product at the Tower Records Shibuya store within 4 weeks from the release date. After the period, the product cannot be collected.
• Once you complete the reservation, a payment QR code will appear. Present this code at the checkout to complete the payment.
• After confirming your reservation details, special perks will be provided based on the product. Changes, cancellations, and refusals of receipt are not allowed after payment.
• After completing payment for the reserved item, a "【※Do Not Discard】Payment Confirmation/Delivery Instructions" email will be sent, completing your reservation. Please keep this email, as it is required for store pickup or delivery inquiries. If you do not receive the email, please contact the staff immediately.
• Payments can be made with cash or credit card (one-time payment only). Other methods (coupons, e-money, points) are not accepted.
• If you do not have a smartphone/mobile phone, please inform the staff at the venue on the day of the event.

<Product Collection>

• Products can be picked up after the product's arrival date, starting from the evening.
• Show the barcode from the “Payment Complete/Collection Instructions” email when collecting your product, which will be available from the product's arrival date.
• Shipping will begin after the stated shipping date in the email.
• The product storage period is 4 weeks from the release date. After this period, products cannot be collected.

◆ 「SooYoung Solo Debut Showcase ~Unstoppable~」 Important Notes for Signing Event Registration

• Please read and confirm these notes before participating. By attending, you agree to the terms.
• We will not mediate disputes related to the winning tickets or prizes.
• There may be a purchase limit, and if you want to buy more, you will need to queue again. Please check at the event.
• Please follow the staff's instructions for smooth event operation.
• Any travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with the event are the responsibility of the participant. We do not provide reimbursement in case of cancellation.
• Photos and videos of the signing event may be shared on official websites.
• In case of accidents or disruptions, the event may be canceled or delayed.
• Please adhere to the 'Prohibited Actions' listed below when participating in the special signing event. If any of these rules are violated or if the organizer deems participation inappropriate, your winning status may be invalidated, and you may be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds for product payments, transportation costs, or travel expenses will be provided. Additionally, if prohibited actions or misconduct are detected, you may be prohibited from participating in all future events involving the artist.
• The venue will not be equipped with special medical devices. If you have any medical conditions or require medical equipment, please make sure to bring and prepare these items on your own for participation in the event.
• Due to requests from local authorities, natural disasters, transportation facility failures, venue issues, the artist's illness or accidents, time limitations, event delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, the special signing event may be canceled, stopped, or postponed. In the event that you are unable to attend the special signing event due to these reasons, no refunds for product payments, transportation costs, or travel expenses will be provided.
• The artist and event organizers will not be held responsible for any damages unless caused by intentional or gross negligence.
• If you find suspicious persons or items, please inform the nearest staff.
• Prohibited items include sharp objects, liquids, alcohol, and other dangerous items.
• Security checks (including bag checks and metal detectors) will be conducted.
• Personal belongings of those participating in the special signing event may be temporarily stored.
• To ensure smooth event proceedings, please refrain from bringing unnecessary personal belongings if possible.
• In case of bad weather, you may bring an umbrella. However, there may be a place to store it at the event entrance.
• If any legal disputes arise related to this event, the exclusive jurisdiction for settlement will be the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court.

<Prohibited Actions>

• Transfer, exchange, resale, or forgery of prizes or tickets is strictly prohibited. Any such behavior will result in disqualification and may be reported to the police.
• Disruptive actions like jumping the queue or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the event staff will not be tolerated.
• Defamation, slander, threats, or verbal abuse directed at the artist.
• Attending the event under the influence of alcohol or in an intoxicated state.
• Recording, filming, or bringing recording devices into the event venue.
• Lining up or staying overnight in advance of the event.
